Thierry Lecoq

My career has been built at the crossroads of several worlds: finance, consulting, international humanitarian work and entrepreneurship. This range of experience has given me a cross-cutting view of organisations, their stakes and the challenges their leaders face.

I started my career in demanding environments, notably in finance and consulting, before moving into international development and humanitarian work. I led emergency programmes and humanitarian responses in Africa, Asia and Latin America, in contexts where decisions must balance operational constraints, limited resources and ambitious goals.

I then chose entrepreneurship. By founding, growing and running several companies, notably in electric mobility, I have faced the day-to-day realities of running a business: recruitment, organisation, funding, growth, operations, sales strategy and handling setbacks.

Today, through ACT4HUMANITY, I want to put this experience at the service of entrepreneurs, leaders and organisations. My aim is simple: bring an outside perspective, share concrete experience and help turn ideas into results.
